💌 A Message from Kathy & Andre, Founders of Diablo Huma BBQ

When we started Diablo Huma BBQ, we had one goal in mind — to share the flavors of our family, our culture, and our story with the world. What began as a small batch of homemade sauces crafted in our Austin kitchen has grown into a brand that’s now featured in 22+ local grocers and has sold over 5,000 bottles in less than two years.

We are proud to be a Latino- and women-owned business built on family values, determination, and flavor that speaks for itself. As a mother-and-son team, we’ve poured our hearts into every step, from perfecting our recipes to hand-delivering bottles to stores and customers who now can’t imagine their BBQ without Diablo Huma.

The response has been incredible, our sauces are outselling well-known local favorites in several Central Texas markets, and we’re just getting started.

Now, we’re ready to grow. We’re looking for people who believe in what we believe, that authentic food made with heart can build community, that family-led businesses have the power to inspire, and that great flavor should always have a great story behind it.
